Lexington St Project, Cambridge
Lexington St wasn’t the biggest project for us but it was certainly one of our favorites. The clients, Brian and Laura, had already remodeled their kitchen but came to us to complete their bathrooms, laundry area and master suite. The original floor plan for the bathroom and bedroom was wasteful and left them without much closet space or a decent bathroom layout and then had waste space in other areas.
THE PROJECT:
- We relocated the laundry, repurposed some unused bedroom SF to become an amazing walk-in closet, and built out the rest into a truly gorgeous master bathroom.
- Touch-screen valves and controls from Kohler, custom cabinets fitted to suit by Carole Kitchens, quartz countertops, and bold tile selections from Roma Tile make this bathroom a space to remember.
- The first floor bathroom was also gutted and was finished with the same savy style and care, with a white brick stack subway tile, a delightful black and white mosaic on the floor, and new fixtures from Kohler and Carole.
